Please join us for a Women in Business After Hours at Cohera LLC on Oct 10th from 4:30pm to 6:30pm.
-Begin with some lite bites, beverages, networking and an introduction of Cohera LLC.
-Come sample some of the healthcare, wellness, and mental health services offered thru Cohera!
-You will sign up for up to three 20-30 min time slots with your choice of these experiences:
Hands-on experiences:
-Meditation/yoga session
-Expressive art therapy project
-Community acupuncture mini treatment
Wellness Discussions:
-Childbirth Education and Q&A with Doula Tara
-Discussion and Q&A about transitioning through womanhood and its impact on mental health
