The Glen Ellyn Historical Society presents actress and historian, Martina Mathisen as she brings to life the Six Wives of Henry VIII on Saturday, May 13 at 2:00 PM in the Glen Ellyn History Center, 800 N. Main Street. Mathisen shares the women's tales of power, personality, and politics that described the lives they led. Their reputations were of Queen, Lover, Mother, Outcast, Victim and Survivor. Did they deserve these labels? Mathisen is leading us through this one-of-a kind program. Adults $10, GEHS members $8, students 18 and under $5. Refreshment served.
