League of Women Voters Glen Ellyn Community Meeting. Mark Franz, Village Manager, Phil Norton, Police Chief and Megan Plahm, Comm Coordinator, will provide information on the current economic development in the village. Including the development of vacant properties, the new police station, mental health crisis intervention and the new technology.
