IMMIGRATION is currently a very hot topic. Come learn more about this important issue at Glen Ellyn League of Women Voter's Community Meeting , Thursday, August 23, 2018 from 7:15-9:00 pm. Our speaker, Kate M. Goettel,
is a Litigation Attorney in the National Immigrant Justice Center (NIJC) federal litigation unit. The NJIC provides direct legal services to and advocates for immigrants, refugees and asylum seekers through policy reform, impact litigation, and public education. Since its founding 3 decades ago, NIJC has been setting positive precedents for those seeking human rights protections within our borders. Bring your Questions!
