Stacy`s Tavern Museum Open for Tours Beginning April First

Wednesday, April 1, the Glen Ellyn Historical Society opens Stacy's Tavern Museum, 557 Geneva Road, for the 2015 season.

Open Wed & Sat 1:30pm - 4:30pm.

The staff of volunteer docents are ready to welcome individual visitors and group tours!

Tours will begin at the Glen Ellyn History Center, 800 N. Main Street.

Groups can call 630-469-1867 or email director@glenellynhistory.org to schedule a time for a tour.

Stacy's Tavern is open every Wednesday and Saturday from 1:30 to 4:30 PM. Suggested donation is $5 for adults, $2.50 for students. Named one of the finest and most accurate restorations in the State of Illinois, the Tavern is listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1974.


During the 2015 season all tours will begin at the Glen Ellyn History Center, 800 N. Main Street located at Historic Stacy's Corners.

Visitors and groups are accompanied to the Tavern Museum by Glen Ellyn Historical Society volunteer docents who are ready to welcome all visitors.  

The hours of the Tavern Museum are 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM on Wed. and Sat.
